Error code 200?

Got an error code 200 (error checking new content) today. What does this mean? Searched the Internet and forum for it, couldn’t find this one.

Hey Marc! When did you get this error. We had a release late in the day yesterday to fix the new content issue. Did you get the error this morning or yesterday?

I turned the device on today (a few hours ago) after 2 weeks of no use, The error has just gone :wink:
I was wondering what this meant.

The Haptisync Hub has no physical clock so when there is a software update (not a content update, just a software update), it loses the date and time. It will fetch the date and time from the internet at startup but it can take a little time (we are talking <1 minute normally). Even if it’s very fast, it means that at the first content update check, it probably doesn’t have the right date yet. So if the error disappears by itself, it’s normal (and it’s always been like this after an update it’s just that before the errors were not displayed).
